ABOUT OUR PASTORS
Pastors Cornelius and Cassandra Berry desire to see God's people prosper in every area of their lives. They teach God's Word uncompromisingly and with passion. They are touched by people and filled with compassion.
Pastor Cornelius is the Founder and Senior Pastor of Word Believing Christian Center (WBCC). As a second-generation pastor, he has a heart for teaching the Word of God with simplicity and understanding, allowing it to be applied to our everyday lives in a practical and effective manner.
Founded in 2005, the Word Believing Christian Center was established to develop individuals in their relationship with our Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ, through discipleship and evangelism.
Pastor Berry emphasizes faith, family, and community in his ministry. His success is rooted in his steadfast commitment to the scripture, particularly Matthew 6:33: "Seek ye first the kingdom of God and his righteousness; and all these things shall be added unto you."
Pastor Berry balances his life and ministry as the devoted husband, proud father of six beautiful children, and grandfather of five grandchildren’s.
Pastor Berry is dedicated to bringing God's Word to a hurting and lost generation. His mission is to teach God's people about purpose, power, praise, and worship. His ongoing compassion for others and diligence in God's assignments will always be rewarded.

Lady C is a native of Washington, D.C., the wife of Senior Pastor, Cornelius S. Berry, and the proud parents of LaQuanna, Cornelius II, Artess, Jeremiah, Sydney and Isaiah.
Devoted to the vision of the ministry, she assists her husband with a variety of duties to assure that his God-given mandate is carried out. She has the same emphasis in ministering as her husband and Pastor, which are faith, family and the community.
Pastor Cassandra is the founder of Women of Great Faith Ministries, a women's fellowship that meet quarterly to share and to discuss the value they have as Women of God, and to inspire women to discover and/or give birth to the gift of God on the inside of them. It is impossible to achieve God's purpose for your life as a woman unless you first know who you are. God is looking for women who are submitted, obedient, faithful, and virtuous, and her teachings inspire and challenge women to develop a strong relationship with God and with their families. She is an anointed, uncompromising teacher of the Word of God. Since the conception of Women of Great Faith Ministries, she has seen the gospel transform the lives of women from various backgrounds and walks of life. Because their lives have been changed, it has affected their homes, churches, communities, businesses, thus impacting the nations for God!
Pastor Cassandra has a great love for the Word of God, because she knows that at anytime, you can see with your eyes, hear with your ears and understand with your heart the Word of God, you can be converted - CHANGED into the image of the Word that you see, hear and understand!
